We have delivered the ground works required for REB’s, PSP’s, cast in situ bases, pre cast bases, earth mats, hardstands, walkways, access steps, paving, drainage work, UTXs and URXs for on track and off track work, including platform work.
We have supplied and laid miles of all types of pre cast concrete troughing on various projects. This includes reduced weight troughs, transition, T and radius troughs to suit the design and site conditions.
We have completed a two-year project with Thameslink installing specialist fabricated TTS troughing to accommodate the increased quantities of cabling, working around restricted and limited access to the work site. Not limited to this we have supplied and installed GRC, GRP and other specialist steel troughing and cable routes.
We have completed many building projects from track side to platform work, buildings such as substation buildings, platform lift motor rooms, platform lift shafts and actual platform buildings. We also completed office buildings at New Cross Gate station in London. Delivering all such works around an operational station by working nights, weekends and creating a high street environment so that work can be carried out when the station is open.
We can deliver platform surfacing and off track surfacing such as car parks and access roads. Either hand lay or machine laid.
We can supply and install kee klamp hand railing, galvanised palisade fencing, GRP fencing, chainlink and Clipex fencing.
We can supply and install cable management in the form of cable tray or cable ladder in various sizes and materials including galvanised steel, plastic and GRP so that cables can be run vertically and horizontally to the desired location.
We have delivered numerous sign installation projects to tight deadlines with restricted access to plan and work around. During a Christmas period we installed 350 signs on the Thameslink project in 14 days.
